2.1 By registering an Account on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and taraph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

If you do not agree to these Terms or any amendment thereof, your only recourse is to cease all use of the Platform and request account closure through taraph's support channels.
3.1 Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. This age threshold is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
3.2 Jurisdiction: The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from Restricted Territories do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. taraph makes no representations that the Platform is legal or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
3.3 Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent by a Philippine court of competent jurisdiction may not use the Platform.
3.4 Employees: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of taraph and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold an active Player Account or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
3.5 Self-Exclusion: Any person who has voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or from gaming under any PAGCOR-administered self-exclusion programme remains ineligible to use the Platform for the duration of their exclusion period.
Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or jurisdiction of residence constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law. All balances associated with fraudulent accounts are subject to forfeiture.
4.1 To access real-money gaming services on the Platform, you must register a taraph Account by completing the registration process, which requires providing accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
4.2 You may hold only one Account on the Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts attributed to the same individual, device, IP address, or payment method will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds therein.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any other person. taraph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 You must notify taraph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of your Account security. Notification should be made through taraph's official support channel.
4.5 taraph reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, including where taraph has reason to believe the applicant has previously breached these Terms or any related policy.
5.1 In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), taraph is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals above a minimum threshold and may require verification at any point during the Account lifecycle.
5.2 KYC verification requires the submission of:

5.4 Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by taraph in its request will result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed. 5.5 All KYC documents are handled in accordance with taraph's Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
6.1 You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
6.2 You represent and warrant that all funds you deposit into your taraph Account are from legitimate sources and do not represent the proceeds of any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.
6.3 You agree to keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. Changes to your name, address, contact number, or other registered details must be communicated to taraph support and supported by appropriate documentation.
6.4 You acknowledge that participation in real-money gaming involves financial risk, that outcomes are determined by certified random processes or live dealer results, and that taraph does not guarantee any particular outcome, return, or profit from gaming activity.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
8.1 All deposits to taraph Accounts are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are as published on the Platform's cashier page and may be amended from time to time.
8.2 taraph accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, and PESONet. Additional channels may be added or removed at taraph's discretion with notice published on the Platform.
8.3 Deposits from third-party accounts — that is, accounts not registered in your own name — are strictly prohibited. taraph reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the recipient Account pending investigation.
8.4 Deposited funds become available for wagering upon successful confirmation of the deposit transaction. taraph is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking system outages.
8.5 taraph does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your own responsibility.
9.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made by Players who have completed the required level of KYC verification corresponding to their requested withdrawal amount. Withdrawal limits by verification tier are as published on the Platform's account settings page.
9.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the Player's own name and matching the details recorded on the Player's KYC profile. taraph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
9.3 Indicative processing times are as follows, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times:

9.5 Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.
9.6 A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is as published on the cashier page. Requests below the minimum withdrawal amount will be declined.
10.1 All taraph bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of its availability, including but not limited to: eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, Wagering Requirement, maximum bet per spin or round while a bonus is active, eligible Player tiers, and offer expiry date.
10.2 Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Funds within your Account balance. Real-money Funds are wagered first unless the specific bonus terms dictate otherwise.
10.3 Where a Wagering Requirement applies, the requirement must be completed within the validity period stated for that bonus. Bonus Funds and any associated pending winnings remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be removed automatically.
10.4 Maximum bet restrictions apply while a bonus is active. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum bet per round while Bonus Funds are active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings, regardless of whether the wager produced a win.
10.5 Each Player is entitled to claim each new-player welcome offer once only. Attempting to claim welcome bonuses via multiple Accounts, multiple devices, or multiple payment instruments constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.
10.6 taraph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while in progress, earned wagering progress will be honoured at taraph's discretion.
Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified in individual bonus terms.
11.1 Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own set of game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. These game-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics only.
11.2 All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on the Platform use certified RNG software audited by recognised independent testing agencies. Published RTP percentages reflect the theoretical return rates as certified and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
11.3 Live dealer games are conducted in real time with physical cards, wheels, or dice by trained professional dealers. Game results are final once the dealer announces the outcome and the round closes in the system.
11.4 In the event of a verified technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, taraph reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the Players concerned. 12.1 taraph is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment in accordance with PAGCOR licensing conditions. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible through your Account settings:
12.2 Players who request self-exclusion will have their Account deactivated, all marketing communications ceased, and a flag placed against their registered details to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion periods of less than six months are not available.
12.3 taraph staff and support agents are trained to identify indicators of problem gambling behaviour. Where such indicators are identified, taraph may contact the Player with responsible gaming information and, where appropriate, apply mandatory account restrictions in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.
12.4 taraph is not responsible for any losses incurred by a Player who has circumvented responsible gaming restrictions by providing false information or by using third-party accounts. Players who self-exclude bear primary responsibility for not re-accessing the Platform during their exclusion period.
13.1 taraph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, and to withhold, void, or forfeit any Funds therein, in any of the following circumstances:
13.2 Where an Account is closed by taraph for reasons not involving a breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player's KYC-verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, taraph may forfeit all Funds — including deposited real-money Funds, Bonus Funds, and accrued winnings — pending the outcome of any investigation. The outcome of such investigations may be reported to PAGCOR and, where required by law, to the AMLC.
14.1 All content, materials, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, software, graphics, designs, game mechanics, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the Platform are the property of taraph or its licensors and are protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.
14.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence, right, or interest in the Platform's intellectual property is granted to you.
14.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without taraph's prior written consent.
15.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. taraph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.
15.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, taraph's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds deposited by you and not yet withdrawn at the time the claim arose.
15.3 taraph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational harm, whether or not taraph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
15.4 taraph is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, BSP or payment provider outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
16.1 taraph processes your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Platform and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules and regulations.
16.2 By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to account administration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and marketing communications (where separately consented to).

17.1 taraph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. All amendments will be published on the Platform with a clearly stated effective date. 17.2 The continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.

18.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
18.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their validity, breach, termination, or the Platform services, shall be submitted first to taraph's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal written complaint through taraph's support channel. taraph will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fifteen (15) business days.
18.3 If a dispute is not resolved through taraph's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulations and procedures.
18.4 Nothing in this clause shall limit taraph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any Philippine court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
